Who we are

North Alabama Home Connect is a trade name of Huntsville Real Estate Investors LLC ("Home Connect," "we," "us"). We are a referral service that connects Huntsville-area homeowners with local roofing, HVAC, and foundation contractors. We are not a contractor. We don't quote, price, supervise, or take payment for repair work.

What we collect

• Information you give us on the quote request form: name, phone number, email (optional), property address, type of work, and your description.
• Your consent record: the exact consent text and form version you saw, whether you checked the box, the date and time, a hashed (not raw) IP address, your browser's user agent, and the page address.
• Records of our calls and texts with you, including any permission you give us to share your request with a named contractor.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm your request and to connect you with contractors you approve. We won't use your repair request to make an offer on your home unless you ask us to, and we don't add repair requests to any home-buying marketing list.

Who we share it with

• We share your request details only with contractors you approve by name. Before any contractor contacts you, we tell you the contractor's name and ask your permission.
• Participating contractors pay North Alabama Home Connect for referrals.
• Contractors may use your information only to respond to that request.
• We don't sell your information to data brokers or other marketers. The only time anyone pays for your request is when a contractor you approved by name pays us a referral fee. We don't share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing, except a contractor you have approved for your request.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Texts and calls

If you check the optional consent box, we may call or text you about your repair request. Consent is not required to get a quote. Reply STOP to any text to opt out right away, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

How long we keep it

We keep consent records for at least 5 years so we can show what you agreed to. We keep other request information no longer than we need it, generally up to 24 months, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. To opt out of calls, or to ask us to access or delete your information, email office@hreinvestor.com or call (256) 242-8207. We may keep your consent and opt-out records as needed to honor your choices and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
